Grievances

If an issue is not solved, write to Alok Shukla with the subject "Grievance". We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 days.

Before you write

  • Delta key shows "rejected": check that the key has Read + Trade and our server IP is whitelisted (Profile shows both).
  • Payment done but plan not active: refresh the Subscription page after a few minutes. Still not active after 2 hours? Send us the order number.
  • Trade questions: tell us the date and time (IST) of the trade.
