1.1 Once payment for the Eklavya Batch course is made and confirmed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, inability to attend sessions, market losses, or personal reasons.
1.2 The course fee is charged for access to live educational sessions and mentorship - not for any trading outcome or profit guarantee.
The backtesting tool on VardanAlgo is completely free and requires no payment. Since no fee is charged, no refund applies to this service.
VardanAlgo is an educational platform. Course fees are charged for access to education and mentorship, not for trading results. Trading losses are entirely your own risk and are not grounds for a refund.
If you request cancellation before your batch has started, we may consider issuing a partial refund at our sole discretion. Contact us within 48 hours of payment.
In the rare event of a documented technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing paid content, we will make best efforts to restore access or provide a credit. Refunds in such cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
