Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data VardanAlgo ("VardanAlgo") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Account: name, email, phone number, password and MPIN (stored only as one-way hashes).
  • Delta connection: your API key and secret (stored encrypted), your Delta account ID, balances and trades read through the key.
  • Trading records: your strategy settings, orders and trade history.
  • Payments: plan, amount, order number and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree; we never see or store them.
  • Security: IP address, browser and device information for sign-ins, the 2-device limit and fraud checks.
  • Support: messages you send us.

Why we use it

  • To run the service: place and track your trades, show your results.
  • To take payments and issue receipts.
  • To keep accounts secure and stop misuse.
  • To answer support requests and send service emails, such as password reset codes.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

  • Delta Exchange India: your orders, sent with your own API key.
  • Cashfree: to process payments.
  • Our hosting and email providers: to run the servers and send emails.
  • Authorities: only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; inside the app, charts load from jsDelivr and payments use Cashfree's checkout script. These providers can see your IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, API keys and trade history within 30 days. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires (up to 8 years).

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. API keys are encrypted, passwords and MPINs are hashed, and access to the servers is limited to the owner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. See the Contact page. Our grievance contact is Alok Shukla; we reply within 15 days.

Children

VardanAlgo is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
