VardanAlgo is a stock market education platform owned and operated by Alok Ranjan Shukla (Sole Proprietor), based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We provide practical stock market education through our Eklavya Batch course and a free backtesting tool for strategy testing.
VardanAlgo and its founder Alok Ranjan Shukla are NOT registered as Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, or Stockbrokers with SEBI or any other regulatory body. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, or financial guidance of any kind. All trading decisions are solely your own responsibility.
VardanAlgo makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind regarding trading returns, profits, or performance. Backtested results shown on the platform are simulated and do not represent actual trading results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Trading involves significant financial risk.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. By using VardanAlgo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6.2 Free Backtesting Tool: A free tool to test trading strategies on historical market data. No login or payment required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details or MPIN with anyone. VardanAlgo is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
8.1 Course fees are clearly stated on the website at the time of enrolment.
8.2 All payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways.
8.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
All course content, strategy materials, platform code, teaching methodologies, and branding are the intellectual property of VardanAlgo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or sell any course content or platform materials without prior written consent.
You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer any tools, use the platform for unlawful purposes, record or redistribute course sessions, or share course content outside of your personal use.
VardanAlgo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, course content, or reliance on any information provided. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses incurred after applying strategies learned in the course.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
