Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and VardanAlgo ("VardanAlgo", "we", "us"), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them.

1. The service

VardanAlgo is software that places trades on your own Delta Exchange India account, through an API key you create, using the RG Alpha strategy and the trade size and leverage you choose. We are not a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser. We do not hold, receive or move your money.

2. Who can use it

  • You are at least 18 years old and live in India.
  • You have your own Delta Exchange India account and follow Delta's terms and KYC rules.
  • One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or used for someone else's money.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Create the API key with Read and Trade permission only. Never give withdrawal permission. Whitelist only our server IP.
  • Keep enough margin in your Delta account for the size and leverage you choose.
  • Keep your password and MPIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Check your Delta account regularly. If something looks wrong, pause the strategy and contact us.

4. No advice, no guarantee

Nothing on this website or in the app is investment, financial or tax advice. Trading Bitcoin futures with leverage carries a high risk of loss. Backtest results are hypothetical. We do not promise any profit, return or level of performance. You decide whether to use the service and with how much money.

5. Plans and payment

  • Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of days (for example 30 or 365). Prices are shown on the Pricing page in INR and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Cashfree. Plans do not renew automatically.
  • A new plan starts when the payment is confirmed. If you still have days left, the new days are added after your current end date.
  • When a plan ends, your strategy pauses. Open trades keep their stop-loss and target on Delta.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.

6. How trading can go wrong

Orders depend on Delta Exchange, internet connections and our servers. Orders can be delayed, rejected or filled at a different price; Delta can change rules, fees or availability; positions can be liquidated. We work to keep the service running and every trade protected, but we are not responsible for losses caused by market moves, Delta's systems or decisions, your API key settings, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes to the strategy and service

We may improve the strategy and the software, and we may pause trading for everyone during extreme market conditions or exchange problems to protect accounts. We tell users about important changes in the app or by email.

8. Our software and strategy

The strategy, software and website belong to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or try to extract the strategy, or use bots or scripts against the website.

9. Suspension

We may block an account for sharing, misuse, fraud, chargebacks or breaking these terms. When an account is blocked, its strategy is paused; an open trade keeps its stop-loss and target on Delta. A plan is not refunded when an account is blocked for these reasons.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan during which the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
